Hellooooo Handsome!

Noah and his mom recently stopped in to the studio for some 8 month photos of Noah and he was alllll smiles for his shoot.  This handsome fella has been popping in every 4 months for new pictures – I’m really looking forward to month 12 when we get to put together a beautiful little album from all his sessions.  Here are some of my favorites from the 8 month shoot!

Testing!

I have a new blog!  The old posts are looking a little funny, so let’s test out some new images to see how they look in the new format!

Pretty good, if I do say so!  (:

Liz + Ryan’s Destination Wedding – Gasparilla Island a.k.a. Boca Grande, FL

What better way to close out the 2011 wedding season than with a gorgeous wedding on tropical Gasparilla Island (a.k.a.  Boca Grande), Fl?  Liz and Ryan’s wedding was beautiful, simple, sweet and just plain fun.  Here are some of my favorite photos from the day –

Amanda + Brenden – Engagement Photography – Devil’s Hole, Niagara Falls

Hello readers!  It has been a while since my last post!  2011 was an unbelievably busy year which sadly didn’t yield me a second for blogging.  Now, as I’m gearing up for the season ahead, I’ve decided to share some of my favorite shoots from the past year.  And in the 2012 season I promise I’ll be posting my new material on a more regular basis.  (:

So, in looking back, we’ll begin with the most recent shoot!  A gorgeous couple in a gorgeous location – Devil’s Hole in the Niagara River gorge.  This early spring day offered us some beautiful afternoon sunlight to work with and the subtle colors of the gorge and river were the perfect, tranquil background for this shoot.

I’m looking forward to photographing their wedding later this month!  Congratulations to Amanda and Brenden!

Mylieka + Jeff – Buffalo, NY Family Photography

When I first met with Mylieka and Jeff to talk about their wedding photos they had an interesting proposal for me.  It went something like this, “we’ve already got three kids, the last one was born on our original wedding day.  Any way we can have our first official family photos taken in lieu of engagement photos when we come home from our honeymoon?”  I loved the idea.  This family is full of life and love and to be able to provide them with their first OFFICIAL family photos was a true privilege.  We mixed in a variety of relaxed “formal” photos with a lot of candids and came up with a very sweet little collection.  Here are some of my favorites:
