Heather, Nick and I met for coffee at one of my favorite spots, Tipico Coffee on Buffalo’s west side. As we chatted and began taking a few photos, some gentle snow began to fall. We thought, “hooray! how pretty.” But then in typical Buffalo fashion, wild winds picked up and suddenly white out conditions commenced. I always say, “I’m up for anything!” but the snow eventually fell so heavy we couldn’t see across the street. How could I possibly even focus the camera? But as luck would have it, the snow soon let up and in it’s wake was the most perfect Buffalo winter wonderland backdrop imaginable. We ventured over to Delaware Park for the second portion of our shoot and, well, the whole thing was just so lovely (: I can’t wait to celebrate Heather and Nick’s wedding with them at the Hotel Lafayette this summer!
